presidents.lol is a novelty advertising board. Reading these takes about a minute.

What this is

You pay a one-time fee to display a name and a link next to a country on a public leaderboard. That is the entire product. The wording — presidents, countries — is a joke. It grants you nothing in the real world and has no connection to any country, government or public office.

How a placement works

A placement lasts until someone pays more than you did for the same country. When that happens your listing is replaced immediately and does not return. There is no fixed duration, no renewal and no guaranteed minimum time. Buying at a high price makes you harder to outbid; it does not make you permanent.

No prizes, no returns, not an investment

You are buying advertising space. You do not receive money back, a share of anything, a prize, a token, or any financial instrument. Nothing here is an investment, a security or a game of chance, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.

What you may link to

The link must point to a site that exists and that you are entitled to promote. We remove listings that are fraudulent or deceptive, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or that link to malware or illegal material. We may also remove a listing that impersonates someone or that we are legally required to take down.

A listing removed under this section is not refunded. Removal does not lower the price of that country for the next buyer.

What we display

Alongside your name and link we show the title, description and icon published by the site you linked, read once at the time of purchase. You can edit the title and description before paying. Do not submit text you do not have the right to use.

Payments

Paddle is the merchant of record for all purchases on this site. Paddle handles the transaction, collects any applicable tax, and appears on your statement. Their terms apply to the payment itself alongside these terms.

Availability

The site is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular amount of traffic, or any number of clicks on your link. We may change or discontinue the site; if we shut it down permanently, placements end with it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a placement is limited to the amount you paid for that placement. We are not responsible for the content of sites that other buyers link to.
