Refund Policy

Placements go live the moment you pay, so they cannot be returned. Two things we do refund are below.

All sales are final

A placement is delivered instantly: your name and link appear on the leaderboard as soon as the payment clears. There is nothing to send back, so purchases are not refundable — not for changing your mind, and not because someone outbid you sooner than you hoped. Being outbid is how the board works, not a fault.

What we do refund

• Duplicate charges. Charged twice for the same placement, we refund the extra one in full.
• Failed placements. Charged but your listing never appeared, we either put it live or refund it in full — your choice.

Write to us with the order reference from your receipt and we will sort it out.

What we do not refund

Listings removed for breaking the terms — fraudulent, deceptive, adult or hateful links, malware, impersonation — are not refunded. Nor is a placement refunded because it received fewer clicks than you expected; we do not promise any amount of traffic.

Chargebacks

If something went wrong, please write to us first. We would rather refund a genuine mistake than argue it through a bank.
